Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms govern your use of puck.im, a private, invitation-only personal website operated by Puck. By using the site, you accept these terms.
Accounts
- Access is by invitation only. Accounts are created by the operator.
- Your account is personal. Keep your password secret and do not share your access.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell the operator promptly if you think it has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- try to access other users' accounts or data, or parts of the site you are not allowed to use;
- interfere with the site's operation or security, including through automated or excessive requests;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services: Google Calendar (only if you link your Google account), Open-Meteo for weather and air quality data, and links to Google Calendar. Those services are provided under their own terms. Linking a Google account is optional; you can unlink it at any time from Settings. How we handle data from these services is described in the privacy policy.
Information on the site
Weather forecasts and other information shown on the site come from third-party sources and are provided for information only. They may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, and should not be relied on for safety-critical decisions.
Availability
The site is a personal project provided free of charge and "as is". It may change, be interrupted or be shut down at any time, without notice. Features may be added or removed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension and termination
The operator may suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms, or when the site is shut down. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site evolves. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
